This game is a spelling sensation of epical proportions. You help Lex build words to battle monsters. You spell words from a collection of letter tiles as you travel through three storybooks in pursuit of your friend Cassandra. Vanquish villains, and annihilate over a ton of scary enemies. This game also has exciting mini-games and brilliant bonus modes. Try to unlock the Tome of Knowledge. You`ll see why Bookworm Adventures is truly a fun and great game to play. Great for your vocabulary.
The game was fine and just as decribed, but the only problem was that even though it stated it could be used on Windows Vista, it would not load onto zvista. I had to buy it out of the website so it was like paying for the same game twice. If you are Vista users, beware of games that state compatable with Vista. Still love the game.
This is a great game for adults and children. This is great for the kids it increases their spelling knowledge, when they play the make up words then they find out they are real and ask what they mean. Great learning tool. For myself it is amazing how many words I can remember, it is better than scrabble because I can play it alone.
THis game can be played by the whole family. It builds vocabulary while exposing children to mythical characters and it is still FUN. There is something exciting about watching a six year old tear through a dictionary like it is a comic book looking for a word!
Our 7 and 9 year old boys love it. They think they are just battling monsters, and don't realize that they are practicing their vocabulary and spelling. We sometimes play it as a family as well.
